Create a course index
Keep the syllabus, assignment requirements, reading list, and important dates together. Use descriptive names and link directly to the original material. Check dates against the course’s current instructions rather than an old copy.
Build an assignment packet
Keep the prompt and rubric first, followed by an outline, working notes, source list, and draft. Mark which version is current. Before submitting, compare the finished work with each requirement in the prompt.
Make reading notes traceable
For each reading, record a citation and page or section locations. Separate quotations, paraphrases, questions, and your own comments. Notes should make it possible to return to the passage—not merely remember a summary.
Turn notes into questions
Group related topics, identify definitions you need to explain, and write questions that expose gaps in your understanding. Link each question back to the reading or lesson that can help answer it.
These are manual workflows you can adapt in your own tools. Covenant is not generating or submitting academic work through this page.
